The Session

We begin with a meditation to center your energy, followed by an intention-setting conversation. I'll guide you through deep shamanic healing, going beyond the surface to uncover and heal the root causes of emotional and energetic blocks.

The session may include clearing energetic imprints, illumination,

soul retrieval, extraction, or cord-cutting.

After the session, we will discuss insights and next steps, including guidance and integration homework.

Despacho describes the Andean practice of thanksgiving, reciprocity, and reverence to all facets of life. Despacho Ceremony is a prayer bundle held in sacred space. As intentions, prayers, and elements are added to the despacho, the vibration of the room and the participants raises. The despacho becomes a living prayer that brings energy shifts and healing.

Explore Your Higherself Guided Shamanic Journey

In this Meditation, you will be guided through a Reiki- Shamanic journey to explore the higher reals of your consciousness and experience pure love.
There are moments of silence during this meditation for you to have your own inner experience and commune with your Spirit Guides or Higherself.
Provides a better understanding of who you are, why you are here, and your purpose in this life.
We will be traveling to the deepest parts of yourself to retrieve lost soul parts and integrate them back into your current self.

How to Prepare for Despacho Ceremony

Set your intention and write it down:
Reflect on what you hope to gain from Despacho Ceremony and write it down on your journal. If certain emotions or thoughts come up as you reflect on your intention make sure to write those down on your journal too.
Diet (suggested to follow 5-7 days prior to Ceremony) Follow a vegetarian diet. Take a break from red meat, fish, and poultry.
Minimize consumption of sweets.
Do not consume alcoholic drinks or any other drug substances.
If you smoke, cut back, and smoke as little as possible on the day of Ceremony.
Go for quiet walks in nature.
Reduce or eliminate TV, social media, and listening to the radio.
Drink lots of water.
Create sacred space within you and around you.
While these steps are optional, they will improve your health and help you have a more meaningful experience during Ceremony.

My Shamanic Journey

In 2021, I embarked on my Shamanic Path, beginning with a year and a half of study with Nacion Pachamama and completing the Medicine Wheel with the School of Shamanic Artistry in 2023. These years felt like preparation for a transformative pilgrimage to the heart of Peru, where I, along with 12 other powerful humans, journey to the sacred Apus of Peru and received nine Karpay Rites of initiation from the Q'ero lineage.

This was guided by Don Eduardo Chura Apaza and his family, guardians of the ancestral wisdom of the Q'ero people, protectors of this knowledge for generations. One of the most profound experience was at Apu Ausangate, where after two nights in the intense cold and high altitude, I underwent spiritual rebirth. In a powerful vision I was held by the Q'ero Shamans and re-born from the ground cradled by the Spirit of the Earth.

That moment along with the final Karpay Rite at Apu Pachatusan, filled my heart with immense gratitude for the ancient wisdom passed down through these rites, wisdom that unfolds over many lifetimes. The Shamanic Path is a spiritual calling that transcends time. As I walk this sacred path, I do so with deep reverence and honor for this journey that continues to evolve.
